1. Service Description
Pixel Office is a platform of AI specialist agents ("Pixmates") operated by HEYPRO YAPIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Limited liability company (Limited Şirket), Riva Mah. Maraşal Mustafa Kemal Cad. Bl 05/50 No: 741 İç Kapı No: 2 Beykoz/İstanbul, Türkiye; tax office Beykoz Vergi Dairesi, VKN 4621020776). Users build a virtual office, hire the Pixmates they want, and send briefs to receive output.
2. Account + Responsibilities
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited uses are set out in Sections 3 (Usage License) and 4 (Acceptable Use); violations may result in account suspension.
3. Usage License and Restrictions
As long as you comply with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the service for your own business.
The following are expressly prohibited:
• Copying, modifying, creating derivative works of, reselling, or renting the service or any part of it • Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or reconstruct the service, the underlying AI models, or system instructions • Using Pixmate output to develop or train an AI model or service that competes with Pixel Office • Unauthorized automated access (bots, scrapers); attempting to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or security measures • Circumventing seat/plan limits through account sharing • Presenting AI-generated output as human-made in order to mislead another party
Violating this section may result in suspension with notice, or immediately for serious violations.
4. Acceptable Use
The following content and conduct are prohibited on the service:
• Generating or distributing content that is unlawful, criminal, or incites crime • Content that infringes third parties' intellectual property, privacy, or personality rights • Malware, phishing, or fraudulent content • Producing or distributing unsolicited bulk messages (spam) • Hate speech, harassment, or glorification of violence • Any content related to child exploitation (zero tolerance) • Impersonating a real person or organization to mislead • Presenting Pixmate output to third parties as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
Pixel Office doesn't pre-screen content, but reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities upon notice or detection of violations.
5. Subscription + Billing
Paid plans renew automatically every month. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds and withdrawal rights (including a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable) are described in our Delivery & Returns policy. Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Payments are taken through Whop, our Merchant of Record, which also handles the invoice and applicable taxes in accordance with its terms. Card information is stored by Whop under PCI-DSS; Pixel Office never holds your card number.
6. AI Output + Disclaimer
Text, plans, images, or analyses produced by Pixmates are AI-generated. They may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Reviewing and fact-checking output before publishing is the user's responsibility.
Pixel Office shifts liability for damages arising from commercial use of AI output to the user.
7. User Content
Everything you provide as briefs, files, links, and the like ("User Content") belongs to you. By providing User Content you represent that you hold the necessary rights to it, that it doesn't violate third-party rights or applicable law, and that you only share other people's personal data where you have a lawful basis to do so.
To operate the service, you grant us a limited processing permission over User Content: solely to host it, pass it to Pixmates, generate output, and display it to you. User Content is not used for model training (see the Privacy Policy, "AI Training Data").
8. Intellectual Property + Output
You retain rights over briefs, files and preferences you provide. You also hold usage rights to Pixmate output. The model weights and system prompts powering Pixmates remain Pixel Office's intellectual property.
AI models may produce similar or identical output for similar briefs. Your usage rights over output are yours but not exclusive: similar output generated for other users doesn't infringe your rights, and your output doesn't prevent others from receiving similar output.
9. Feedback
Suggestions, ideas, bug reports, and similar feedback you send us about the service are not considered confidential. We may use such feedback freely to improve the product, without any obligation to compensate or credit you.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The service may connect to third-party services (such as the Google Workspace integration) and may contain links to third-party sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply; Pixel Office is not responsible for their content or practices. Connecting an integration is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time from the /profile page.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose; beta features may change or be removed.
Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer (including defective-service provisions) remain unaffected; this section does not narrow them.
12. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the total amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory provisions, including Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations; your rights under consumer law remain unaffected.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pixel Office against third-party claims, administrative sanctions, and reasonable legal costs arising from your User Content or from your use of the service in violation of the law or these terms. Mandatory provisions governing consumer transactions remain unaffected.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account yourself from your Profile page under "Danger Zone → Delete account": after you re-type your email to confirm, your account and the offices you solely own (Pixmate output, documents, connected integration tokens, credit history) are deleted immediately and permanently. For offices with other owners, only your membership is removed and the office stays open for them. Records we are legally required to retain for accounting / audit (KVKK Article 28) may be kept in anonymised form. Full removal from backups can take up to 90 days (rolling backup retention). Pixel Office may suspend accounts that violate these terms at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination — intellectual property, feedback, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
15. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content accessible through the service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email alperen@pixel-office.com with the subject "copyright notice", including information showing your ownership, a description/location of the allegedly infringing content, and your contact details. Notices are assessed under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation; where warranted, content is removed and repeat infringers have their accounts closed.
16. Electronic Communications and Commercial Messages
Receiving account and service notices (billing, security, material changes) by email and in-app message is an inherent part of the service.
Promotional commercial electronic messages, on the other hand, are sent only with your consent under Turkish Law No. 6563; you can opt out at any time via the link in each message or by writing to alperen@pixel-office.com.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul. For consumer transactions, the jurisdiction rules for Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts (see Distance Sales Agreement §7) remain unaffected.
18. General Provisions
You may not assign your rights and obligations under these terms without Pixel Office's written consent. Pixel Office may assign the agreement as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; you will be informed if that happens.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Not exercising a right does not waive it. Together with the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Disclosure, the Distance Sales Agreement, and the Delivery & Return Terms, these terms form the entire agreement between the parties.
19. Changes
Pixel Office may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
