One office for your agency, a room for every client

Send a pending approval card or a monthly report to your client with a single link. The link is valid for 7 days by default, 30 days at most; your client approves or asks for changes with a note, and the decision lands in your approval flow.

If the card changes after the link is sent, the old link no longer accepts a decision: your client approves exactly what they saw.
