BUYER: The natural or legal person identified by the name, email, and billing details provided during signup.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the nature, price, payment terms, delivery period, and right of withdrawal for digital subscription services (Pixmate seats, token packs, feature add-ons) BUYER purchases electronically via SELLER's pixel-office.com website.
3. Price and Payment
Service price is clearly displayed on the sales page at checkout, inclusive of VAT.
Payment is processed online through Whop, our Merchant of Record, which collects payment and handles invoicing and applicable taxes in accordance with its terms. SELLER does not store BUYER's card details; all card processing is performed by PCI-DSS-compliant Whop.
For monthly or yearly subscriptions, the term auto-renews under the same conditions at the end of each cycle unless BUYER cancels.
4. Performance & Delivery
Once payment is authorized, the purchased subscription / pack is credited to BUYER's account simultaneously, and performance is considered to have begun. The place of performance is wherever BUYER has internet access; there is no physical delivery address.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 48 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once performance has started.
Notwithstanding, Pixel Office voluntarily honors refund requests made within 14 days of purchase if BUYER has not actively used the service (no Pixmate chats opened + no tokens consumed). Full terms are in the "Delivery & Return Terms" page.
6. Liability Limits
BUYER acknowledges that the service includes outputs produced by AI models, that the accuracy of these outputs must be independently verified by BUYER, and that SELLER is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on AI outputs. Details are in the "Terms of Service" page.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are heard by Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and by Consumer Courts above those thresholds. The competent court is the Consumer Court at BUYER's place of residence.
8. Acceptance
BUYER declares having read and understood all terms of this agreement, that pre-contract disclosure obligations have been fulfilled, and that initiating the purchase constitutes acceptance. An electronic copy of the agreement is sent to BUYER's email along with the order confirmation.
